Peninsula Develpoments/Grand Venetian prey on tourists. avoid!

We were invited to tour the Grand Venetian by a group calling themselves Peninsula Developments. They refused to give us printed information about their company, not even business cards. When we told them we needed time to research them, they called us liars, told us they had called immigration (who of course never came) and told us to get out! All this to keep from giving us the $5000 pesos they had promised and time to do some research! They people prey on tourists. No wonder Mexico has a bad reputation.

We are Canadians that have a vacation condo at Acqua Flamingos. This has been our second year visiting our condo. Samba Vallarta is near us-they have opened a disco in their beach bar-Thursday, Friday and Saturday and during the Xmas season every night they blast their disco music-many of us at Acqua have tried approaching the manager but have had no results. Is there a noise bylaw in this area, and who do we contact to help us. We love Mexico but being kept awake from 11:00 pm to 1:00 am on a regular basis is ruining our love of the country.
