A friend of mine is interested in having some dental work done in La Penita de Jaltemba in Nayarit and I don't remember the name of the dentist at the "Dental Care" office in La Penita.  Another friend had some dental work done there last spring, in March and now can't locate the business information.  Thank you very much!
